Join Provincetown Fitness Challenge founder Denise Gaylord for this new ongoing program designed to help you achieve your goals in 2014! Each week, participants will receive basic nutritional information with support toward emotional eating patterns. Learn skills to help discover why you do what you do and how to change it. Sessions will last one hour, and those attending are encouraged to bring food journals each week. The group will meet in the Bowsprit Room on the Library’s Second Level.!
