Cottage has an open first floor plan with lots of windows, galley kitchen, full bath, living area with pull out sofa and a apiral staircase (narrow)up to a loft bedroom with a queen size bed and bureau. Everything is brand new! Location is excellent, just 5 minute walk to the center of town or to Stop and Shop, the gym and laundromat. Sorry, no washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of on street parking. No pets or smoking allowed. Common outside areas for sitting. Quiet complex. Unit is comfortable for two people, however there is a pull out sofa in living area.
